 Great scan, horrible feeder Aug 19, 2008
This product does a great scan, but the feeder is junk. It constantly jams and tries to feed multiple pages at once. Not recommended.

very very good, well worth the money, using for filess office system. I have scanned and scanned with it and have gotten rid of my files now

I have owned this for about six months and it is very good machine. Very fast and easy to use. I was at a clinic today and I noticed they had a scansnap on a number of the desks in the clinic.

For the price, I was actually really surprised how fast it works. The only problem I encountered was when I tried to scan in a large quantity of pages. Sometimes I had to play around with the pages so they would go through. From my experience the max pages you should put in at once would be no more than 30. Other then that, I am very happy with it. For its price it's definately the best quality product out there. If you need something that handles more volume and won't jam on you, you'll have to spend at least twice as much. It's also very compact and doesn't take up much desk space, which is definately a plus.

This scanner came highly recommended and did not disappoint. It has a small foot print, even when opened for scanning. While it takes a bit of time to set up software, once it is up and running, it is easy to use. A welcome addition to my small office, I am considering buying one for my home.
